You must have the following:

  • Full name, address and date of birth
  • Personal Identification documents (Birth Certificate, Immigration documentation and passport)
  • A copy a your work permit
  • CV & employment history
  • Evidence of all training done
  • Explanation for any period of unemployment.
  • Professional qualifications
  • Confirmation that the NMC decision has at least 12 months’ validity.
  • References from previous employers.
  • Verification of all original documentation required
  • DBS checks
