Delivery Information

Standard UK Mainland Delivery

• All deliveries are FREE (depending on the weight of the orders)

We dispatch orders Monday-Friday (working days only). Your order should be delivered within 2-4 working days from the date you ordered unless you receive an email if anything is out of stock.

Orders will be sent by recorded delivery post.  The courier will take 2-4 days for delivery. 

If you have requested that your package be left in a safe place, your delivery will endeavor to follow your instructions, but if they believe the item may be damaged or that the location is not safe enough they won't leave it. If you have requested your parcel to be left it's at your own risk

Where special instructions are supplied for the courier, these instructions are provided at your own risk. You must ensure that this is a safe option for your delivery as we can't take responsibility for orders asked to be left in places for your convenience and not signed for.

If they cannot deliver your parcel they will leave a card notifying you and return the parcel to your local sorting office. You can then either collect from the sorting office or contact them directly to arrange re-delivery – full details of these options are on the card that's left.

If your order is sent by courier you will receive instructions with your dispatch confirmation email on how to track the status of your delivery.

Please remember the weight of the packaging is added to your order.

All weights are on the gross weight of your order not per item.

International Delivery

If you are buying or sending goods outside of the UK . This is not a traceable service and delivery times vary enormously depending on the destination country. In our experience, it can take up to 21 days in some countries.
